WASHKing is a Ghanaian social sanitation company located in Amasaman within the Ga West Municipal of Ghana. We produce, supply and install accessible, affordable and eco-friendly biodigester toilets in and beyond the Greater Accra region.
We focus mainly on low-income and underserved urban households and institutions with poor or no access to decent toilets. Being a social company we, therefore, put our resolve to make good sanitation accessible to all, especially low-resource persons first.
Our vision is to become the leading responsible and inclusive sanitation services brand in developing countries. Since 2016, WASHKing has been committed to delivering this vision and continues to be one of the sustainability-driven, leading and fast-growing sanitation services brands in Ghana.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
Largely:
- Building and growing the organization by pursuing opportunities for long-term commercial growth and revenue from customers, markets and relationships;
- Efficiently enhance the delivery of our triple-bottom-line impacts of social wellbeing, economic development and environmental protection;
- Build and maintain a solid brand and gain market dominance across Ghana and beyond; and
- Solving social problems with regards to our core work and leading in the sector of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).
Specifically:
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities;
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships;
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets;
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration;
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals; and
- Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Proposal writing capability
- Experience with developing and growing business with evidence
SALARY: We will offer you a gross salary ranging from GHC 1,800 to GHC 2,500.
