We combine medical records with patient-reported outcomes, genomic data, and machine intelligence to advance research, diversify clinical trials and optimize diagnosing of autoimmune diseases.

About This Role:

We are looking for a Medical Records Coordinator, to oversee and manage the retrieval portion of our medical records process. This role will work directly with the head of operations and will be focused on reducing the time it takes to capture medical records.

Requirements:

Specifically, Medical Records Coordinator will:

  • Audit company portal to identify facilities with outstanding medical records and track when records will be received
  • Collaborate with Medical Record Requestor on incomplete patient accounts
  • Follow up with patients to encourage completion of their account
  • Update company portal of all follow-up activities
  • Invoice management
  • Audit all digital storage for new medical records
  • Update weekly reporting metrics
  • Produce monthly report

 

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Past experience as a project coordinator
  • Excellent phone etiquette
