As DreamOval’s Lead Project Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects. You will lead projects from beginning to end, from the initial proposal through completion, to provide our clients (internal and external) with innovative high-quality solutions focused on their business needs.

You will build and manage the project team(s), schedule assignments, monitor and review deliverables of project teams and ensure successful delivery and implementation.   • Provides Executive Management & stakeholders with project updates and escalates critical impediments for resolution.
  • Build strong communication channels with client and internal departments such as Sales, Build & Run with the ability to provide custom reporting, monthly dashboards, schedule & track integrations, and metrics/SPI management.
  • Responsible for satisfying customer expectations on ROI, product quality, functionality, and timely delivery.
  • Assist with the scoping, estimating, pricing, proposal and SOW generation for new opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor your assigned team of Project Managers.
  • Define and enhance project and business processes, ensure teams are following appropriate processes. Know why the process is important but don't be afraid to deviate from it when the situation warrants it.
  • Oversee the ongoing work, budgets, schedules and resource utilization for your entire team and distribute work to your project managers.
  • Act as the primary project manager where required to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develops project plans that include resource, time, budget estimates, requirements documentation, and presentations for all project phases and milestones for internal and external parties.
  • Coordinates transition of programs from development to implementation.
  • Partners with the purchasing team to procure services, infrastructure, contractors;
  • Track and communicate team velocity, financials, and other KPIs in relation to the plan and published progress reports.
  • Identify automation opportunities and lead implementation activities; Develop an effective risk mitigation strategy for the project(s), including time and financial contingencies.
  • Other related duties as assigned.




  • Basic and mandatory
    • ? Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education in a relevant field.
    • ? Strong familiarity with project management software to schedule, plan, control.
    • ? Previous experience with direct reports.
    • ? Know a bit of everything that goes into web projects, from strategy and digital marketing considerations to prototyping and visual design, front and back-end development, and hosting and networking.


  • Preferred (is a plus)
    • ? Female Candidate
    • ? PMP Certified
    • ? ITIL V3 Certified
    • ? At least 5 years of experience in both Agile & Waterfall
    • ? At least 5 or more years of Project Management experience with proven track record and experience with deploying and delivering complex solutions.
    • ? Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
    • ? Interpersonal skills – project management consultants work with stakeholders at varying levels and must build new client relationships while developing and maintaining current relationships


  • Excellent written and oral communication (English – Mandatory. French is a plus)
  • Proven leadership skills & capabilities.

  • Ability to absorb complexity and communicate simplicity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
  • Project Management Tools literate; MS Projects, Excel, YouTrack, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with risk analysis and risk management skills.
  • Basic knowledge in finance & strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build a positive relationship with the customer; influencing and negotiating.
  • Significant presentation skills. Ability to “sell the idea” to the customer.
  • Flexibility, out of box thinking. Ability to make decisions in an uncertain environment. Ability to coordinate and manage short term and long term projects.
  • Work hours are flexible based on project needs. Must be able to work beyond a typical 8 am to 5 pm, 40?hour workweek.


The job entails out-of-country travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, video conference, email or face to face.
