To Provide analytics insights and reports for all digital products and platforms
Job Role
- Create commercial reports on Digital products and platforms for MTN Ghana leadership
- Provide in-depth analysis of digital products performance
- Perform deep analysis on how the digital products are used by customers based on data from the tools (e.g. funnel analysis, registration rates etc.)
- Work with the IT Business Intelligence team and the Customer Insights team to provide relevant insights and analysis in relation to how customers use the digital products
- Provide training on the use of Digital Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to the rest of the Digital team

Education
- A First Degree in computer science or a business field
- Google Analytics and SQL certification
- Experienced user of Excel, PowerBI and Access

- Minimum of 5 years related work experience in a digital organization or the digital/analytics department of an organization, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Advanced experience and knowledge of the main digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.
- Experience with Digital Advertising is a plus
- Good experience with PowerPoint
- Experience working for a platform business (e.g. e-commerce) is a plus
Professional/Technical competencies:
- Strong knowledge of all main analytics tools and techniques
- Business Performance Management
- Planning and Budgeting
- Stakeholder Relations Management
- Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Understanding of the Digital Ecosystem
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge and ability to analyze KPIs and provide detailed reports

- Self-starter and ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Naturally curious and have a passion to ideate and advance innovation of digital products
- Must be detail-oriented and have good organization skills
