The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our digital marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate and execute our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal and external teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


  • Compile full and updated market research.
  • Spent time understanding market requirements and interests across sports, and specific products, to feedback to the wider Bet of Africa tram.



  • Provide regular progress reports on conversations, new entrants to market and updates on key players in the market
  • Using analytical tools to maximize insight from the consumer data
  • Proposing, delivering, and analyzing media campaigns, initiatives, advertising and promotions.
  • Analyzing sports and media trends to improve the reach and effectiveness of the marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Leading the development and execution of brand plans to meet the business needs and expectations for the brand including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans
  • Partnering with the advertising and media agency if needed to develop communication plans and advertising to improve business results; monitoring advertising performance to optimize return on investment
  • owning and driving the development of new product concepts, claims, commercial innovation shaped by consumer & category insights and trends
  • supporting workstreams to drive digital growth while tracking performance with a dashboard to report progress and optimize
  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing with both marketing Agency and client-side.



  • Ability to multi-task and have good negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • experience in Video Marketing, SEO SEM, Content marketing, Data/Analytics
  • Understand Design thinking and planning
  • Be Tech Savy
  • Experience in the Sports betting business or at least good knowledge in the football industry
