At Eni, we are looking for an Operation Manager Oilfield Ghana within Versalis Ghana in Takoradi, Ghana . You will be responsible for overseeing chemical treatments and associated services for the assigned area. Therefore, it is required to have a solid knowledge of the district, the necessary treatments, the products Versalis has selected for the treatments and services that need to be performed.
As a member of Versalis International you will be responsible for:
- Representing Versalis daily: towards the customer/client (Company Man), also to verifying the requirement/need and regularity of the transactions and towards subcontractors.
- Accepting job requests both outside and within the routine plan and validating and draft project reports, coordinating the activity of subcontractors and other corporate resources.

- Answering the project coordinator in Italy who will provide the necessary support.
- Coordinating the intervention of other business resources
- Supporting any issues that may arise, such as during plant start-ups, field trial of new products, assessment of the performance of the chemical treatment as well as the performance of the subcontractors.
