YOC is seeking a Fashion Tech virtual assistant who is detail-oriented, outgoing, flexible, resourceful, and organized. In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling YOC’s client projects, creating and maintaining fashion tech content, and handling a variety of other administrative tasks that will help our founder and business run smoothly & efficiently.
Although this is a part-time virtual assistant position there is a lot of room for learning and experience, with potential for a full-time position down the road. At least one year of relevant assistant or social media experience is preferred.
Day to day work is very fast-paced with lots of essential responsibilities. We need someone who is VERY organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn and adapt to a new environment quickly. Person MUST be able to multitask exceptionally.
You will be assisting our technical partners on a daily basis, getting involved in all steps of the digital fashion management process, ensuring everything is running smoothly, and problem-solving to reduce as many errors and delays as possible. You will learn about all aspects of Fashion Technology.
We are looking for a virtual assistant to fill a 2-3 day per week.

Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with the consulting and technical team to generate a social media plan. Manage and execute strategic initiatives to position YOC as the top fashion technology company.
- Manage the posting of digital content on social media. Manage YOC’s blog and email campaign.
- Organizing and keeping track of fashion tech projects
- Contribute to our production team meetings, share feedback, and new ideas.
- Working with our technical design team on product development/modifications
- Responsible for formatting documents (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Manage search engine optimization for YOC’s website, blog and digital content. Be responsible for the network monitoring system.
- Write relatable fashion technology articles
Technical skills required:
- Google Suite (Email, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Calendly (or a similar scheduling tool)
- Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
- Canva (or a similar content creation tool)
