Position: Health Center Manager

We are looking for a qualified Health centre Manager to run our wellness centre facility and provide quality, cost-effective patient care.
You will be responsible for directing, supervising and coordinating office activities on a day to day basis at a facility to provide quality patient care.
Health Center Manager – Responsibilities
- Open and close the centre
- Welcome customers
- Plan and coordinate patient scheduling and booking
- Manage Payment management & report daily to management
- Keep budget in check
- Daily data entry on ERP – Tally
- Order cosmetic and office supplies
- Implement office policies and procedures

- Oversee and manage all paperwork for patient care and all levels of reporting
- Ensure positive collaboration between health professionals
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities when needed
- Arrange informational materials for patients
- Keep inventory records
- Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, rules and regulations
- Sell wellness products available at the clinic
Crystal Health & Beauty Center – Requirements
- Previous management experiences for a minimum of 5 years
- College degree in Marketing, Business or similar preferred
- Hands-on experience with accounting and administrative operations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Customer service orientation
- Strong self-motivation
- Think outside the box
- Be result-oriented
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Superb interpersonal skills
- A professional appearance
