Position: Health Center Manager

Job Description

Are you an experienced Health centre Manager looking for a challenge and an opportunity to advance your career?

We are looking for a qualified Health centre Manager to run our wellness centre facility and provide quality, cost-effective patient care.

You will be responsible for directing, supervising and coordinating office activities on a day to day basis at a facility to provide quality patient care.

Health Center Manager – Responsibilities

• Open and close the centre
• Welcome customers
• Plan and coordinate patient scheduling and booking
• Manage Payment management & report daily to management
• Keep budget in check
• Daily data entry on ERP – Tally
• Order cosmetic and office supplies
• Implement office policies and procedures

• Oversee and manage all paperwork for patient care and all levels of reporting
• Ensure positive collaboration between health professionals
• Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities when needed
• Arrange informational materials for patients
• Keep inventory records
• Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, rules and regulations
• Sell wellness products available at the clinic

Crystal Health & Beauty Center – Requirements

• Previous management experiences for a minimum of 5 years
• College degree in Marketing, Business or similar preferred
• Hands-on experience with accounting and administrative operations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Customer service orientation
• Strong self-motivation
• Think outside the box

• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
