A Fast-Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) company with outlets around Accra is seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Stock Auditor.
Job Description
The Stock Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that the number of goods in the warehouse matches the database this is to be achieved by
- Auditing incoming and outgoing product count - to ensure that the stock officers in the warehouses are keeping accurate track of the number of goods that are supplied to the warehouse by suppliers; and delivered to customers
- Monitoring inventory movement - ensure that the stock officers in the warehouses are keeping proper records of all the locations that each goods is delivered or returned, and quantities to each location is accurately recorded
- Performing inventory count – this is to be carried out as often as possible to ensure that the warehouses carry the right amount of stock and eliminate expired and damaged products
- Correcting errors in inventory counts – to ensure that there are enough stocks in the warehouses; address issues in the number of stocks present by avoiding discrepancies between what is in store and what’s in the database
- Working closely with and reporting to Accounts Manager

Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply, or Degree in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years working knowledge of handling stock inventory, preferable with consumable goods
- Must have worked as a stock officer in previous work experience.
- Must be proficient in using Excel to generate worksheets
- Exhibit ability to work with little or no supervision, and have good interpersonal skills
Remuneration: The salary for this position starts at GHS¢1,200.00 and is negotiable, with other allowances.
