What you will be doing:

• Pastry preparation and cooking, plating and presentation
• Pastry Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies for the Pastry Kitchen
  
  

Your experience and skills include:

• Creative and passionate about Pastry, desserts and customer service
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Must have a minimum of two years experience in the same or similar position.
