We, Atelier763 are looking for a self-motivated, detailed-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our design-build firm. You will be creating technical drawings for homes and commercial buildings from Architect's sketch design, incorporating building codes and regulations.
Additionally, you will be required to assist the Facility Manager to carry out routine maintenance works of an 11-unit apartment block.
Required Skills or Experience
- Advanced knowledge and use of AutoCAD
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge and use of Revit Architecture
- Good people skills

- Basic Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- A good understanding of the construction of buildings
- Two to five years of experience working with Architects.
