Working Capital Manager

The Working Capital Manager is to take responsibility for the firm’s Cash Management and drive forward initiatives to reduce the firm’s lock-up cash. This will include the end to end billing process and credit control process.



An important part of the role is establishing strong working relationships with all partners through regular meetings to ensure that timely billing and debt collection focus is maintained. This will also include ensuring we get good payment terms and discounts from vendors whiles employing a just in time procurement processes for inventory and capital expenditure.

The role is to ensure that cash amounts in an organization’s accounting ledgers reconcile with the actual bank balance. It also entails ensuring that guidelines and policies around cash processes are effective and efficient; and that such policies should help to prevent significant errors that may arise in any cash balance calculations.

The role also helps in reviewing an organization’s bank accounts, checks, and balances as against amounts in the ledger and to verify that such amounts agree with financial statement items like an asset, liability, revenue, and expense.

Accounting and Reporting Manager

To maintain and provide timely financial and management accounting information for planning and control to the appropriate levels, render service on all the financial aspects of ATSL transactions such as capital expenditure, tariff, revenue expenditure and manage the funds of ATSL.



Overall, you will demonstrate your management skills and accounting expertise in a variety of personal and corporate accounting practices, including overseeing payroll and taxes. You must be highly accurate and efficient, upholding our standard of exceptional customer service, and, above all else, ensuring that consistent, accurate accounting services are provided

Legal & Contracts Manager

Liaison with concerned stakeholders to ensure that all possible legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken, obtaining clearance from authorities before purchase the land, any contracts or starting the project. Handling all legal matters relating to contracts, agreements, deeds, land acquisition, statutory clearances and papers related to long term leasing, renting etc., oversee all the litigation.



The primary responsibility of this job profile is to safeguard the interest of the organization through legal means. Provide legal assistance to functional / department head and leadership in developing the agreement, communications and policies.
