Robert Bosch Ghana Limited is a growing company of the Bosch group located in Accra, Ghana. We operate in the business divisions of  Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Security Systems, Thermo Technology, Drive and Control.

Job Description

  • Business Development, Sales of Bosch Industrial Boilers and Services in West and Central African Countries.
  • Search for leads to generate offers in these countries
  • Direct management of customers in areas of intervention
  • Coordination of existing partners
  • Generate reliable data/reports regarding these countries and foresee future necessities (Sales and Services).
  • Research for Market Information: key players by product range, market volume and market Share.
  • Support project development and implementation
  • Regular market and customer visit in the defined areas.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Engineering
  • Physical Science or its equivalent

Additional Information

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-4 years working experience in a similar position preferably in a multinational Company

SKILLS

  • Good technical background in Mechanics/Electronics

  • Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing)

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Strong target orientation.

  • High efficiency on time management

  • Ability to build sustainable relationships

  • Excellent Customer Service

  • Good communication skills.

  • PC literate with very good skills in packages MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SAP

  • Willingness to Travel
