As the Business Development Advisor with Farm Radio International in Ghana, you will support the organization to design, test and implement a sustainable business model to ensure the provision of good and gender-responsive radio programs for rural communities in Ghana.

Experience and Qualifications
- Degree and/or training in business administration or a related field
- Ability to network and create partnerships
- Knowledge of corporate and philanthropic organizations
- Ability to write proposals and reports
- A commitment to gender equality, youth inclusion, and volunteering
- Flexibility, adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Experience with group facilitation and training, including content development, is considered an asset
- Written and oral fluency in English.
