Role Profile
Reporting to the General Manager, the position's overall purpose is to primarily coordinate factory production activities (paint both emulsion and oil) serving as the main resource person between production lines.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:
The candidates must have a deep background in chemical engineering/chemistry-related fields!!!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and experience
- At least a degree in chemical engineering/chemistry or a related field
- At least five (5) years of proven experience in the paint manufacturing industry or a
similar role.
- Deep apprehension of paint chemical formulations is a must-have.
- Deep understanding and experience in paint production quality control and chemical
testing activities.
- Ability to work under pressure and supervise production lines.
- An inquiring mind with the zeal to identify and resolve production-related hitches.
- Must be computer literate.
