We are tech11: provider of the tech11 Insurance Platform. After successfully setting up our test center in Ghana last year, we now want to continue growing in Accra and are looking for the best Java test specialists out there. We are searching for experts in Java, Selenium, JMeter, and pen testing!
We are an international team with a German head office, currently expanding around the globe. Our goal is to bring new possibilities to the insurance industry with the tech11 Insurance Platform. Together with you, we want to optimize the test management for our platform.
We are not just looking for any tester – we are looking for you! You can plan tests in a structured way, have got the necessary technical know-how to automate test cases, and pack the results into comprehensible test reports.
Personal development is important to us: We give all members of the tech11 family the possibility to develop their skills and abilities individually.
Tasks
- Analyze with our business team test cases and define the best test strategy

- Develop Java Selenium tests
- Perform load tests (jMeter or best in class tools)
- Implement continuously pen tests
- Push the test automation to the next level (and we are already not too bad ;-))
- Provide test reports
Requirements
- Strong focus on technology
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Very good Java knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing tests with Selenium
- Motivation and proactivity
