Role & Responsibilities:
We are in search of a Supply Planner who will be part of the Regional Planning Hub and in charge of Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning for Ghana. The incumbent will be responsible for the materials requirements planning and production planning for the Tema factory and the scheduling of orders for purchases from various international vendors.

Requirements
- 5 Years’ Experience in a similar role in a reputable FMCG company
- Relevant Degree, e.g. Master’s or Bachelors Degree in Operations (Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.) or Professional certification.
- Be able to challenge and participate in the creation of the AFME Planning Hub in Accra
- Strong commitment and proactivity
- Have the capacity for adaptation under continuous changes
- Good at meeting deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Open mindset, proactiveness, teamwork
- Strong SAP APO knowledge and Planning experience
- Experience in international logistics import and export will be a plus
- English Proficiency, French will be a plus.
