The Kumasi Technical University seeks to employ an Architect, Quantity Surveyor, and Junior Assistant Development Officer
Architect
The Architect shall undertake the following duties among others:
- Preparation of Land-use Plans and Master Plans for the University.
- Assist in Planning and Managing Strategic Infrastructural
- Developments of the University.
- Assist in implementing the Master Plan of the University.
- Architectural Designs and Production of Drawings of Infrastructural Projects.
- Assist in offering technical advice for successful implementation of infrastructural projects among others.
Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Architecture or related qualification.
- Member of a recognized professional body.
- Two (2) years relevant post-qualification experience.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Built Environment or related qualification.
- Member of a recognized professional body preferably Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS).
- Two (2) years relevant post-qualification experience.
Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor among other duties shall undertake the following:
- Project Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation
- Project Controls (cost, time, quality, communications, risk,
- Procurement and stakeholder engagement)
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
- Valuation of Variations
- Preparation of Tender Evaluation Reports
- Contract Administration among other duties
Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Building Technology or Construction
- Economics or Quantity Surveying.
- Member of a recognized professional body.
- Two (2) years relevant post-qualification experience.

Junior Assistant Development Officer
The Junior Assistant Development Officer shall undertake the following duties among others:
- Valuation of Landed Property
- Land Administration and Land Management
- Estate Management
- Grounds and Environmental Sanitation activities
Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Built Environment or related qualification.
- Member of a recognized professional body preferably Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS).
- Two (2) years relevant post-qualification experience.
