Development and Maintenance unit Vacancies at UMat
Quantity Surveyor
Qualification Required & Experience
- Candidates should hold a Master’s Degree in Building Technology / Civil Engineering or related fields with at least 2 years post qualification experience.
- Must be a member of the Ghana Institution of surveyor (GhIS)

Architect
Qualification Required & Experience
- Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Architecture with at least 2 years post qualification experience. And
- Must be a member of the Ghana Institution of Architects (GIA) and Architects Registration Council (ARC)
Facilities Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
- Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Facilities Management or related fields with at least 2 years post qualification experience. And
- Must be a member of a professional body
Salary and fringe benefits
Conditions of service are as applicable in government subverted University of Ghana
