Honghai House Ghana Limited is seeking to recruit an Experienced Construction Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Successful Candidate will be required to sell Prefabricated building and steel structures suitable for schools, churches, warehouses, production houses, site offices etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generating viable sales lead
- Doing product or project presentations
- Discussing and ensuring appropriate designs and competitive costing to clients
- Signing project deals and ensuring successful execution and handing over
- Responding to clients queries

Qualification Required & Experience
- Must have a fair understanding of the construction industry
- Understanding of prefabricated buildings and steel structures will be added advantage
- A reasonable experience in related field
- A minimum of HND in Marketing, Building Technology or related fields
Salary: Very Attractive salary plus good bonus on every sale
