Job Description
- JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive
- REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Branch Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing Customer Service
- Handle walk in clients and visitors
- Telephone Services
- Capturing of Micro Insurance cases
- Receipting & Banking
- General Administrative duties
- Generate monthly report
- Claims Administration
- Any other duties that may be assigned
LEVEL OF AUTHORITY
- No level of authority.
- Directly report to Head, Operation

Required Skills or Experience
Educational Qualification
A minimum of First Degree
Specific Working Experience
A minimum of 3 years as a Customer Service Executive
