Professional Cleaner - Private Residence

A private individual is seeking a professional cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning services in a residence. The cleaner will be in charge of maintaining cleaning services in all public and private spaces of the residence to employer standards. Duties will include, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, scrubbing and bathroom services. Attention to detail and a positive attitude re required. The right person must be punctual, thorough and experienced with little or no supervision.

Cleaner Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residence.
• Dusting and cleaning ceiling, surface areas, and counter surfaces
• Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of tiled floors and polishing of hardwood
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers from all rooms
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms of the residence

• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
• Keeping all public spaces in the residence neat and tidy
• Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
• Reporting replacement of cleaning materials when depleted and required to be replaced
• Performs additional related duties as needed.

• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
• Pays attention to detail when cleaning
• Ability to follow verbal directions
• General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
• Able to work weekends, and occasional holidays when required
• Resides close to the residence

Education and Experience

• SSSCE or WAECE High or equivalent
• Previous cleaning experience a plus

Terms and Conditions

The cleaner resides close to Parakuo Estates, Dome. There will be no transportation consideration aside the negotiated salary if the applicant resides far away from the residence at which he/she will provide the cleaning services.

Working Hours

The cleaner will be required to provide cleaning services at the residence 2-3 times a week.
