- Develop strategies to cross-sell or up-sell online to existing customers.
- Develop strategies to grow or drive customer traffic to the company's online platforms.
- Lead the online team in handling customer enquiries, complaints. and service delivery.
- Drive customer retention agenda via online platforms.
