Dispatch Rider - Margins Group

The post holder ensures that all official errands needed to be done for and on behalf of Margins Group are carried out securely, efficiently and effectively. 

Role Definition and Accountabilities 

• Delivery and collection of documents or goods to offices and other venues when required upon approval by Business Head.  
• Assist with official errands as and when required upon approval by Business Head. 
• Ensure invoices and delivery notes to be dispatched are accurate and signed off. 
• Ensure all movements are logged into the motorcycle logbook 
• Ensure all documents/orders are delivered to the respective persons within the stipulated time frame 
• Comply with all published safety and employee conduct rules per the Group HR Manual. 
• Comply with all road safety regulations as per law. 
• Ensure cleanliness of the motorcycle at all times. 
• Ensure the insurance & roadworthiness of the motorcycle is consistently renewed before expiration 
• Prepare weekly reports per the company’s standards. 
• Perform any other official work-related tasks assigned by your Supervisor. 

Objectives 

Ensure the safe and secure delivery of confidential documents within the Group and its clients. 

Education/Qualifications  

• High school certificate  
• Must have a valid license ‘A’  
• Minimum 2 years of motor riding experience in a Corporate environment
