Ahafo Community Bank Limited, Head Office in Kukuom in the Ahafo Region of Ghana, invites application from suitably qualified applicants for the position of: Internal Auditor
Duties / Responsibilities
- Undertake internal audit assignments
- Pre-audit all proposed expenditure to ensure compliance with laid-down internal control system and other statutory requirements
- Monitor and ensure that all expenditures incurred have been authorized and are within budgetary provisions
- Evaluate existing internal control system and make recommendations for improvement
- Carry out an investigative process in response to irregularities or procedural violations
Qualification Required & Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance

- A professional qualification would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification and work experience in similar role
Required Skills & Attributes
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good planning, quantitative and analytical skills
- High integrity, confidentiality, firm and fair
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Must be very good in T24 emerge banking software
