We, Resource Complete have a job opportunity for a qualified Site Manager to join our dynamic team on a project throughout Ghana, Accra/ Tema. We provide services for our client, who are leaders in railway safety and control solutions in Africa, implementing rail projects throughout Africa.
We are a growing services and consulting company based in South Africa and Mozambique that offers its employees flexible short to medium term contracts that is project dependent.

Responsibilities
- Site inspections and site surveys
- Preparing the site, including installing temporary offices and facilities before construction work starts
- Overseeing operations of the whole site on a day-to-day basis
- Assisting the Project Manager
- Conducting safety inspections and risk assessments
- Report progress to client’s representatives, ensure the safety of the team and site workers and troubleshoot (problem solve) any issues that may arise
- Monitoring progress of the project site activities and reporting to the Project Manager
Requirements
- Permanent residence in Ghana
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager in the Construction or Engineering field
- Computer literate (Strong IT skills)
- Clear criminal record
- Sound references that will be contacted
- Energetic and results driven
- Strong communication skills and good attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and strong written skills

Project Duration
- 6 – 9 Month contract. Potential for extension at the end of the contract.
