ARTISANS – ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
suitably qualified, customer-orientated person to provide timeous, efficient response to requests for maintenance. Must provide an efficient and detailed preventative maintenance programme and keep accurate records of all maintenance completed
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Undertake daily maintenance tasks as scheduled by Facilities Manager, diligently and paying attention to detail
- Keep accurate records of maintenance completed

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- WASSCE/SSCE or equivalent
- Must be in possession of a suitable qualification, be registered with the relevant authority and should have at least 2 years’ artisan experience
- 2 years’ experience as a handyman/artisan in a healthcare setting
- Self-motivated and able to work alone
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
