Responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff, clients and external stakeholders
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
  • Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
  • Managing emails and social media accounts
  • Book keeping, record keeping, dispensing and monitoring of payments internally; among staff

Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of an HND/Degree in Business, or other relevant fields
  • At least 2 years of experience is required
  • Should have a background or basic working knowledge in finance or accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Should have good diction and be well kempt
  • Should be a female preferably
