Responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff, clients and external stakeholders
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
- Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
- Managing emails and social media accounts
- Book keeping, record keeping, dispensing and monitoring of payments internally; among staff

Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of an HND/Degree in Business, or other relevant fields
- At least 2 years of experience is required
- Should have a background or basic working knowledge in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Should have good diction and be well kempt
- Should be a female preferably
