A reputable private security company with offices across the country is looking for qualified candidates to fill the role of: Accountant
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assisting in the preparation of budget,
- Managing records and receipts,
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions,
- Ensure proper filing of payment vouchers,receipts,invoices and other relevant financial documentation,
- Raising invoices and issuing invoices to customers and external partners.
- Manage Receivables and ensure clients payments are timely collected.
- Creating and updating expense reports,

- Processing reimbursement forms,
- Preparing bank cheques and cash payments,
- Entering financial transactions into internal databases
- Participating in quarterly and annual audits and assisting with payroll,
- Filing and payment of statutory tax and other obligations monthly,
- Ensuring that financial administration functions are well adhere to, in accordance with the company internal controls and procedures,
- Assist in development of internal management information systems and others etc.
- Assign other IT related duties,
- Performs other duties and tasks at the request of Management.
