Your Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting F5 load balancers with Big-IP LTM & ASM
- Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customers
- Install, configure, and maintain network device hardware and software

- Prepare network or infrastructure Visio topology diagrams, write Standard Operating Procedures, maintenance plans and provide status reports as required, participate in data calls and other operational and maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution
- Ensure SLAs & Operational KPI are met
- Work as necessary with internal and external support functions where major incidents occur.
- Attending and contributing to team and project meetings
- Contributing to the improvement or standard procedures and documentation
- Monitoring of Network & Security Device ticket queues, Network & Security device performance, Network & Security equipment integration with systems

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant program – additional Certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of CISCO Network Devices, Force Point, F5 & Palo Alto experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) . Additional certification in Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) shall be an added advantage
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer will be an added advantage
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of Cisco, Forcepoint, F5 & Palo Alto configuration and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical skills– the ability to assist in resolving various systems issues for multiple integrated locations and systems.
