Van Sales Executive - Impact Talent Ghana

A reputable food processing company located at North Industrial Area, Accra is looking for Van Salesmen with experience in the FMCG industry who will make deliveries of their goods to existing customers, as well as identify new business opportunities within the catchment area.

Job Roles & Responsibilities: *

The duties that candidate will be responsible for

Scope of Duties:

1. Achieving sales target.

2. Maintains sufficient stock in the van in order to meet requirements of customers.

3. Promoting sales through regular visits to customer and retail merchandising.

4. Accountable for stocks in his van.

5. Ensuring the availability of the product at all retail points.

6. Ensures stocks are properly merchandised.

7. Monitors stock loss and damages.

8. Ensures planned visits to customers.

9. Tracking and monitoring competitors products and activities.

10. Maintaining good relations with the customers. Increasing and maintaining the existing customer base in the market.

11. Writing daily sales and activity reports.

Job Requirement: 

Qualification, Experience, Education, Skills and so on the candidate should possess

• Should be physically capable of loading and unloading stock.
• Minimum of a high school/ secondary school certificate.
• Ability to read and write well in English Language.
• Experience should be related to FMCG. Polite, well behaved, a team player, committed and an achiever.
