Full Job Description - Read Carefully
This position is responsible for cost-effective and timely handling of logistics, warehousing and import clearance
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling all activities related to Imports clearance including documentation
- Plan daily operations by checking pending order in the system
- Make arrangements for the planned loading
- Clear pending transactions at the end of the day.
- Co-ordination with Sales and Finance in order processing and tracking
- Assign duties to warehouse operational teams
- Ensure the availability of SKU wise safety of stocks.
- Collate data to prepare MIS of warehouse operation
- To ensure safe & healthy work environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy in Stock Count
- FG stock freshness monitoring
- FIFO
- Zero Demurrage or stock loss.
Work Experience & Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience of which FMCG, Sales & Distribution will be a strong advantage
- Higher Diploma in Supply Chain, Stores Management or Business Related field
- Proficiency in MS Office especially advanced Excel
- Experience in Independently managing import clearance
