A reputable IT firm located at Spintex is seeking a young self-driven individual to join their team as a Marketing & Administrative Assistant. The firm provides a variety of IT solutions such as consultation, training, and app, software & website development. The Marketing & Administrative Assistant will execute activities that will promote the patronage of the company’s food application (among others) and perform various administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for clients and marketing the company’s products to them.
  • Increasing client-base by promoting the patronage of the company’s food app (download & registration).
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Communicate, build and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Running errands such as filing documents at the Registrar General’s Department and GRA.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing documents, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail, schedule meetings and support visitors.
  • Support team by performing any other assigned tasks.

 

Job Requirement: 

Qualification, Experience, Education, Skills and so on the candidate should possess

  • Diploma, HND or Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
  • Availability to travel with team members as and when required.
  • Intermediary proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good marketing and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
