- Develop and manage strong tenants acquisition channels
- Manage and grow professional viewings as a way of growing revenues
- Screening of tenants
- Building networks for local rental agents, universities, and corporations
- Grow co-living housing in Ghana

Qualifications
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good administration skills
- Strong personality
- Ability to work at a fast pace
