Boost Ghana is looking for dynamic, energetic, results-oriented sales and marketing personnel to implement our distribution channel strategy, acquire MSME customers, and manage the relationship with them.
What will you be doing:
Channel Development:
- Support the Head of Business Development / COO in the development and execution of our RTM plan
- Identify, enumerate and map out target customers in assigned territory to maximize the penetration of Boost in the territory
- Support the Operations Team in the development of efficient route plans for the fulfillment of customer orders
- Support the recruitment of independent Boost agents for the fulfillment of customer orders within the territory
Customer Acquisition & Sales:
- Effectively execute sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers in the territory
- Nurture new customers into regular customers to increase Boost’s share of wallet
