SKILLS
- Knowledge of management systems and IT tools
- Project management
- Autonomy and ability to make choices/take decisions
- Technical skills: IT hardware management, ERP, Database Management and monitoring, software development, infrastruture and networ

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum required education level:
- A university degree or its equivalent in IT or Computer science is required. Knowledge of banking software, skillful in installation, implementation, training and programming in SQL is valuable.
- B.A and or Master’s
SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIRED :
- Internal training on ORBIT CBS once on board
- Advans Ghana basic OPE training to get the staff aware of Advans Ghana activities once on board
- Training on the internal security policies (Physical and data) once on board
- Training on Advans Ghana Network architecture
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (WORK FIELD AND NUMBER OF YEARS)
- 2 years in IT infrastructure and Network support in a bank or other financial institution
