Job Description

  • • Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and return
  • • Experience in the use of accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
  • • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • • Preparation and filing of forms for payments of taxes and other obligations
  • • Follow up on outstanding advances and assure timely reconciliation
  • • Control and enter all expenses from the petty cash

  • • Reconcile advances, including review of receipts, coding of expenses on the general voucher and entering into QuickBooks
  • • Create all financial reports as requested by supervisor
  • • To undertake other duties as reasonably assigned by supervisors
  • • Responsible for routine conduct of physical check of assets including IT equipment and inventories
  •  

Qualification Required & Experience

  • • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • • Experience Level: Entry level
  • • Experience Length: 3 years
