Koforidua Technical University invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for appointment to teaching and non-teaching staff position: Estate Officer
The University is seeking to recruit a dynamic, self motivated and seasoned professional for employment as a Estate Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Estate Officer is the overall head of the Estate Department.
- He/She shall work towards the Director of Works and Physical Development and functions in tandem with the Office of works and physical development as provided for in the Technical Universities Act, 2016 (Act 922) and guiding statutes

Qualification Required & Experience
The applicant must:
- Hold a minimum of research Master’s degree in Built Environment/Land Economy/Estate Management or relevant area of study plus relevant professional qualification
- Must have served as Estate Officer in a University or comparable grade in a similar institution/organisation for at least 6 years
- Must be computer literate
- The applicant shall be required to support his/her application with papers and publication for 2 external assessors evaluation
