Full Job Description - Read Carefully
To be accountable for Collecting and Maintaining records related to machinery and plant maintenance in Cosmetics Manufacturing Unit and Plastics Packaging Manufacturing Unit of the company. This includes records of preventive and breakdown maintenance, spare parts usage and requirements, SOPs and Work Instructions related to maintenance activities in the two manufacturing units and their utilities.

Principal Accountabilities/Main Functions
- Take full ownership for records keeping of Maintenance related activities in the two manufacturing units namely Cosmetics Manufacturing and Packaging Manufacturing units of the company.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment in consultation with the Engineering Manager and OEM’s operation and maintenance manuals.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedule in consultation with Production dept.
- Inform Engineering Manager of any parts and components requirements related to maintenance activities.
- Build database of regular spare parts required for maintenance activities.
- Works alongside the maintenance team and spare parts stores to deliver effective maintenance regime in the company.
