We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy and detail-oriented individual to join our team and become an integral part of our day to day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image
- Assist in organizing office operations and procedures
- Assist with some record keeping tasks
- Support the implementation of office supplies

- Monitor communication systems (phone and email)
- Interface with staff to ensure the office remains tidy and presentable for visitors
- Serve as the point of person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, catering, errands, filing, storage and archiving
- Ensure competitive pricing on office supplies
- Manage office resources and assets with our IT contacts when there are problems with the system
- Assist with the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training
- Assist in orientation and training of employees with office systems
- Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities for the Office Administration Department
- Oversee in-house café for cleaning, maintenance, and repair
- Update calendar and keep employees informed of upcoming events to be included in monthly studio meetings
- Participate as needed in special projects and events
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
