Oxfam in Ghana currently works in 11 out of Ghana’s 16 administrative regions.

Introduction:

Oxfam GB (0GB) is committed to protecting the health, safety and welfare of anyone who could be directly affected by its work activities. In order to fulfil this commitment Oxfam will Identify, control and learn from the health and safety (H&S) risks that arise from its work activities and develop through a process of continual improvement.  To achieve this requires the integration of health and safety into normal management processes and all business objectives and regular assessment against desired standards.

Scope of Services:

The identified service provider will be expected to conduct a comprehensive assessment of our two offices (Tamale and Accra) to assess current standards and practices against desired standard, develop, deliver and develop training for Oxfam staff.

Expected Deliverables:

  • Full assessment (based on the scope of work above) for the Tamale and Accra office)
  • Produce Final Report on both premises with any identified risk and recommendations
  • Also provide estimated costs of any work that needs to be completed on the two promises
  • Provide relevant training for staff
