Key Responsibilities
- RF basic performance optimization and routine complaint handling Triple-RAT
- KPIs analysis of all Network Elements of Core including Huawei NGN R4, STP, HLR and IN platforms, preferably 3G.
- To identify low KPIs using different failure counters and pinpoints the issue on different interfaces.

- Well aware of all 2G 3G protocols including CSPS network.
- Benchmarking KPIs (Loc Up, SMS, HO, Paging, Assignment, Authentication, traffic volume both incoming & outgoing MOC, and MTC) to ensure they are maintained.
- Optimize different parameters related to Core side to improve quality
- Analysis and trouble shooting of trace files using Huawei Trace viewers to improve low KPIs and problem resolution
- Troubleshooting of SS7 & SIGTRAN signaling interfaces to rectify issues & to do timing analysis on all interfaces to optimize them
- Clear code analysis
- Capacity /availability Calculations Inter MSC and with other Operators CGRs(POIs) and trigger customer planning team for expansions.
- Weekly record the logs of all the performance issues & report to management.
- Advising design solutions to Network planning teams based upon periodic traffic reports
Required Skills or Experience
- Education: First Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or a related field
- Experience: At least five years working experience
