Job Description
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and email messages, attend management emails and follow up with service providers.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence .
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and event related (visitors ,campaigns etc..)
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Organize team data log.
- Follow up on local authorities administrative matters.

Required Skills / Experience
- HND Secretarial option / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Basic phone etiquette and must be dutiful and punctual.
- Highly organised and proactive multi tasker with the ability to communicate with internal departments and external clients
- Years of Experience : 3 - 5 Years
