A leading community-owned financial institution located in the Ashanti Region with impressive and tremendous growth over the years is looking for a qualified person to fill the position of an ICT Manager.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
This is a full time management position and the applicant must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline from an accredited Tertiary Institution and a professional certification by a recognised ICT Body;
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline from an accredited Tertiary Institution.
- Microsoft/ Cisco-certified professional in related area is an advantage
- Must have worked in similar capacity in a financial institution for at least two years.

THE PERSON
Requirements for the position:
- Dynamic, Self-motivated, result oriented and competent person who can work with little or no supervision
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to exercise sound judgement, exhibit a high sense of initiative and managerial skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office and operating systems virtualisation Technologies.
- Must have knowledge in computer networking, desktop troubleshooting and web management.
- Must be proactive than reactive with a good business acumen.
- Must pay strong attention to details and must have confidentiality.
- Must have initiative and drive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong organisational and managerial skills.
