THE ROLE: Country Manager
The business requires a Country Manager to drive sales and partnerships, taking full P&L responsibility along the way. You will manage a vibrant team spanning Business Development, Finance, Operations, IT, HR and Customer Relations.
The right person for this role is a proven leader who can think strategically, inspire a diverse team and prides themselves as a customer champion.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate with at least 7 years’ experience in Business Development and/or Sales Operations
- Fluent English
- Experience of P&L ownership
- Agile; able to deal with change or ambiguity at times
- Organised and driven
- Preferred: Relevant experience in West Africa, ideally Ghana
