- Annual review of Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws.
- Monitor compensation - ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits. Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.
- Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
