We are a leading community-owned financial institution located in the Ashanti Region with impressive and tremendous growth over the years. We continue to be one of the best managed Financial Institutions in the country as adjudged by Bank of Ghana. As part of best corporate practice and being in line with regulatory requirements. we have a policy of changing our statutory auditors after every six years cycle.
In line with this policy, we are seeking to hire external auditor for next cycle of six (6) years subject to annual renewal based on satisfactory performance and conduct.
THE FIRM
The requirements for the position:
- Dynamic, result-oriented and competent audit firm with a very high sense of independence and integrity.
- Residence in the Ashanti Region is an advantage.
- Must have capacity to provide other advisory services when
- Must demonstrate rich experience and exposure in the Financial Sector.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- The person must be qualified under Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2019 Act 992.
- Must have a good profile of audit of IFRSs compliant financial
