Comviva is searching for a L1 Application Support Engineer in Accra for immediate employment.
Responsibilities :
- 24X7 availability for team and client.
- Excellent working familiarity with NMS tools, Ticketing tools – BMC etc, Mobile Apps, Unix/Linux/Vmware
- Responsible for meeting the response and resolution SLA for all the incidents/SR
Skills & Abilities
- 2-4 years experience in following
- Working experience in Linux environment (Sun, RHEL OS)
- Mobile Apps support.
- Application Server ( e.g. Tomcat, Apache etc)
- Scripting languages (e.g. Unix shell scripting, Perl).
- Writing SQL queries and understanding of RDBMS (e.g. Oralce, Postgres, Mysql)
- Tcpdump, application and network troubleshooting.
