ASSISTANT PLANT SUPERVISOR
JOB PURPOSE
To assist the Plant Supervisor with plant operations within the framework of the Company's policies and work procedures.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with at least three (3) years Post-Qualification Industrial Experience.
- Working knowledge of a Production Software.

- Knowledgeable in Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental ISO Management Systems.
- IT-Literate and Analytical Thinking.
- Good Interpersonal, Team Building and People Leadership Skills etc.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Utilise the Raw Material Report and Weekly Production Programme to schedule daily operations.
- Requisition appropriate raw materials, ensure product specifications are met and supervise packaging of finished products.
- Write daily reports accounting for both finished products and work-in-progress to reconcile material usage and finished products.
